The Parametric Human Project is a collaborative international effort of scientists working together to greatly advance the state-of-the-art for medical research through the development of a digital human model that can serve as the basis for a vast collection of innovation applications. Parametric Human Project is incorporated as non-profit entities in Canada and Denmark, seeking global presence, collaboration partnerships and funding to support and realize the vision of Precision Health. VISION: An eScience Platform for Human Data Collection and Curation to support Precision Health MISSION: The Parametric Human Project mission is to empower research and development to leap over traditional methods as a key enabler of Precision Health. STRATEGY: To build a robust and secure Cyberinfrastructure for Human Data Collection and Curation. From the ethics approval and data sharing agreements, to data handling and provenance, we will develop an advanced Ontology to encode all activities in the eScience platform. To support the data model publishing process, we will create data set aggregations containing relevant variations.
