One More Salary is a non-profit, non-governmental organization founded in Sweden in 2017 and Tanzania in 2019, based on the belief that poverty can be eradicated through sustainable income. Our focus areas are Regenerative Agroforestry, Social Entrepreneurship and Women & Youth Empowerment. We work with smallholder farmers, youth and women groups to accelerate Regenerative Agroforestry initiatives for sustainable livelihood.
