Panyu Holdings is a Singapore base boutique corporate advisory firm, made up of several ex-bankers and serial entrepreneurs. We assist mid-cap SME clients with their mergers & acquisitions (M&A) activities, and/or equity/debt fundraising from the capital market. We are mainly on the sell side and sector agnostic, and our focus is mainly in Asia. However, we do also look at opportunities outside of Asia if it is a good project. We tap our network of buyers from the capital markets (banks, PEs, family offices) as well as through strategic institutional buyers through the banks and consulting houses. Our project's ticket size usually range from USD 10M - 100M.
