Hireocto.com is a collaborative recruitment platform offering a human, affordable and efficient recruitment approach to employers with their mid-management positions to fill. We are conscious that existing solutions - such as Job Boards, Candidate Market places, AI matching solutions - are impersonal, expensive, time consuming, and don’t provide the expected quality. Hireocto offers a human approach, performed by our network of Independant recruiters who are competing against each other to submit their best candidates. This human approach (still supported by the best HR techs) and focused on “Passive” candidates, tends to significantly improve candidates’ quality, time to hire and cost efficiency. Also, our ambition is to redistribute the 40-70% profit margin captured by recruiting & Executive Search firms to Recruiters and Employers. We are up to 70% cheaper, which makes recruiting search affordable for mid-management roles. And our independent recruiters capture 75% of the generated Revenue (~$2k to $10k per placement) compared to 5% while working for recruiting firms, which keeps them highly motivated to submit their best candidates. There is absolutely no commitment, no front fees and our model is success fee based only. Employers approve matches only if they are aligned with the recruiting fee asked by the recruiter.
