Thought Bubbles is a business focused upon helping school children to thrive through the development of mindfulness techniques. Our mediation sessions are designed to build from a gentle introduction to more advanced practices which help your child gain confidence, a sense of inner peace and calm, and the ability to take control and embrace life to the full. What makes our sessions different is that they are research based and designed specifically for school children. Our sessions are downloadable, as such your child can utilise them when they want and as they are downloadable parents can meditate with their children. For teachers, schools and education trusts we have developed Training Programmes and Lesson Plans so that our sessions can benefit more and more children.
