EU StartGees is a co-financed programme by the European Union to support young refugees to design, develop and grow their business ideas and build successful enterprises. EU StartGees has designed a support programme that offers specialised training and mentoring, as well as a wide network of support for refugee entrepreneurs, developed by the Consortium partners. The programme is divided into 3 main stages: "Connect" - assessment of the initial idea and motivation; "Think & Design" - incubation process and validation of the main product; and "Grow" - the acceleration process, which supports, connects, and grows businesses throughout a network and with investment opportunities. EU StartGees is implemented in Austria, Finland, Italy and Spain.
