The Oregon Resource Association (ORA) is the statewide network that represents, supports and advocates for our members as they provide services for individuals with intellectual, developmental or other disabilities. ORA envisions a world in which all people with disabilities are consistently and competently supported within families, neighborhoods, and communities to lead full and inclusive lives. ORA was formed in 1967 by nonprofit community agencies. For 50 years, ORA has been the voice of Community Providers, successfully advocating for people with disabilities in ways that truly make a difference in their lives.
