Eyes Up Life Coaching
www.eyesuplifecoaching.comEvery family is different, and every teenager comes with their own sets of strengths, weaknesses, and challenges to overcome. As a coach, I work with your family on the areas that you feel need the most attention; you (and/or your teen) drive this train. It is my joy to develop trusting relationships with parents/guardians along with their teen(s), so that I can coach the teen toward personal growth while also guiding the parents/guardians toward successful and sustainable parenting and coaching strategies. This is a partnership, and partnering with your family is my utmost privilege. As a life coach, I am trained to work with individuals to identify their goals for coaching, help them come up with a process for working towards achieving those goals, and then hold them accountable and encourage them along the way. I am on a mission to help you and your teen develop the skills you all need to be successful — in relationships, in day-to-day life, in communication, in anything! — and to guide you as you begin to utilize those skills in real-time life and family situations. Coaching is a life-changing experience for everyone involved, in all the best ways. My method begins with the idea that where we place our focus determines our trajectory, hence the name “Eyes Up.” Lifting our gaze shifts the posture of our entire body, causing us to stand up a little taller, breathe a little deeper, and notice things that we couldn’t see when our eyes were downcast. I design my coaching sessions by helping you first discover a new perspective about whatever it is that is drawing you to coaching—to lift your proverbial Eyes Up—so you can begin to see yourself, your family, and your future in a new way. From there, I can work with you to begin to creatively brainstorm and plan for how to best facilitate growth and change in your family’s life. And then, I walk with you and your family throughout your journey, providing accountability and encouragement along the way.
