A private practice providing individual and couples counseling for adults 18 years and older for issues including: depression, anxiety, relationship issues, work issues, grief and loss, trauma, ACOA and life transitions. I have over 20 years experience providing counseling in a variety of setting including inpatient and outpatient psychiatric and addiction services and 14 years providing Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services for Johnson & Johnson along with being in provate practice since 1994. I offer a safe, comfortable professional environment to explore and change psychological patterns that people play out that may no longer work and may hinder growth and development. This process often results in relief of symptoms and development of a more healthy sens of self.
