Advisory work embraces art transactions (valuations, acquisitions and sales – both private treaty sales and by public auction), art finance and loans to museums, insurance, import and export regulations, transportation and art-related aspects of estates, wills and trusts. Tiffany also assists in the recovery of stolen and looted art. The Law Offices’ trust practice includes disclosure orders, challenges to jurisdiction (including submission to jurisdiction), sham trusts, questions of governing law and capacity, indemnity/exoneration clauses, and freezing orders.
