We are a coalition of police leaders, researchers, and professional organizations working to advance the representation and experiences of women in policing agencies across the U.S. Our founding partners are the Policing Project at NYU School of Law and the National Association of Women Law Enforcement Executives (NAWLEE). Other critical partners in this work include the Police Executive Research Forum (PERF), the Law Enforcement Action Partnership (LEAP), the National Police Foundation, the International Association of Women Police, the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE), the American Society of Evidence-Based Policing, and the Women Leaders in Law Enforcement (WLLE).
