It’s about creating a “memorable learning experience”. The way Octivo do this is through creating brand stories & scenario-based content. We present hooks through animation, interactive video and infographics… We build Gamified learning experiences where users can obtain special achievements, gain knowledge in a social learning environment & remain engaged throughout the interactive training. — — The most important thing to a business is the ability to report on the success of a training program. Management teams require analytics, and the training must obtain a “Return on Investment”… Using the “Experience API” in our framework we can measure analytics down to the movement of a mouse, tap of the screen or a double click. This can gather data on how users are interacting with the course, how well they are doing, and not just if they are competent or not competent. We also believe in Companies managing their own content. Octivo has created an LCMS, which stands for a learning content management system, that allows the companies to update their training as frequently as they would like. It’s as easy to use as Shopify or Wordpress to learn, so it’s really pick up and play.
