TRM Mentoring Program is a voluntary program that allows people to spend time with, and benefit from, the experience and knowledge of someone outside of their current network. Mentoring is based on developing a reliable, positive and supportive relationship, that encourages people to develop to their fullest potential. The Retail Mentors mentoring program, is designed to support those working in, were working in, or wanting to work in the Retail industry or Retail associated businesses. The program is open to all roles and levels within the industry from CEO to Sales Assistant, from Logistics to Design, or for those who want to join the industry.
