Source the top candidates and help build a large talent pool of high-quality candidates. 3. Vet and review the candidate profile for any gaps before it is sent for approval to the managers. 4. Assist the candidates throughout their interviewing process. 5. Interact with clients to help with scheduling and coordination of interviews. 6. Suggest potential candidates to our clients from our diverse talent pool. 7. Update pertinent information related to the hiring workflow on a daily basis. 8. Track the candidate registration process and ensure that they complete their profiles. 9. Assist the candidates throughout their interviewing process with our clients. LEARNING TAKEAWAY: 1.
