Swapna Srushti Interior Projects is 50-50 % joint venture between families of Lt.Mr.Vidhyut Shah & Mr.Shamil Shah. Mr. Vidhyut Shah founded proprietorship firm M/s Swapna Srushti in year 1991 and started with small private residential projects. He expanded company’s portfolio by adding Car showrooms and Banks in and around Gujarat and Rajasthan till 2017. With more than 20 years of tireless fervor , the firm has carved a niche for itself in the field of interior designing and turnkey execution. Even after facing health challenges , Mr.Vidhyut Shah never given up on his organization and his employees had vision to take his organization to very high level. In order to transform this organization to a professional company and cope up millennial challenges he asked his nephew -Mr.Shamil Shah to join and led the organization as Chief-Operating Officer. Mr.Shamil Shah had 7 years of strong corporate background with Tata Group in the field of Project Management, Contracts administration and Procurement before joining Swapna Srushti. Considering milestones company achieved just in 1 year of Shamil's joining , it was mutually decided to enter into strategic partnership . Idea of restructuring the same into LLP was to leverage strong entrepreneurial ability , corporate exposure and business acumen of Mr. Shamil Shah and goodwill Mr.Vidhyut Shah had built prior to 2017. After restructuring company has increased its business 5 times and has expanded its footprint to entire West and North part of India. Company has also been able to carry out projects as large as 78,000 SQFT and is now present in all sectors including Hospitality , Retail outlets and Corporate offices beyond banking sector.
