CTEM+ Institute is a Brazilian Science and Technology not-for-profit organization. CTEM stands for the Portuguese equivalent to STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) which synthetizes our critical and analytical thinking on solving complex problems. The '+' added to CTEM represents all other elements of Brazilian criativity and sinergies focused on Nation's interests. In a similar way to MITRE and RAND Corporation in the United States, CTEM+ aims a safer world. During this threatening moment, CTEM+ is firmly devoted to responsibly accelarate the quadruple helix (government, companies, universities and society) of innovation in order to support all efforts of 'defeating' the COVID-19. Our teams are in straight connection with the Brazilian authorities for pointing effective solutions and comprehensive strategies to restrain the pandemic.  The CTEM+ Institute is made up of people who have extensive work experience in their original activities, whether in the private, government or military areas. Among the specific areas of knowledge, we can mention: - Defense - Intelligence and strategy - Ciber Security - Aviation - Complex engineering (systems of systems) Today we have partnerships with several research and development institutions, such as public and private universities, including other institutes. We believe in the power of action, synergistic cooperation, and above all in the fact that together we will always be more than anyone alone.
