TBH combines both online and offline to present over 100 British brands, culture, art, tourism and education which is unrivalled anywhere else in Mainland China. TBH's core business is to help UK retail and cultural brands in China market, supporting them in all aspects of their market entry process. TBH has opened its flagship showroom in late 2017 next to Tian An Men Square in Beijing. Its unique design presents a British home of 1000sqm in which to treat customers as house guests. It has a drawing room, bedroom, reading room, dining room, pantry and children area. The top floor hosts the first Harrod Tea Room in China, offering authentic British afternoon tea as well as training and education. Chinese guests are encouraged to enjoy traditional afternoon tea, attend the cultural training events and talks, view the finest pop-up exhibitions as well as persue their favourite British brands which are showcased throughout the showroom. Since the opening of the first flagship store near Tian An Men in Beijing in August 2017, The British House is ready to expand to other cities and premises.
