Property Solutions & Services, Inc, (PSS) provides property management and real estate consulting services to owners and non profit organizations within the Twin Cities. At PSS, our focus is on center-city affordable housing communities. Many of these properties typically have a combination of financial, physical, or marketing problems or have unique or special ownership goals. Our philosophy is to act in the best interests of our property owners while providing the best possible housing for our residents. We do this by developing solid marketing plans, formulating and enforcing policies, developing realistic budgets, maintaining compliance with funding requirements, providing creative solutions to everyday management issues, and working with our clients to develop strategies to meet their goals. PSS does not own property and is able to focus exclusively on the needs of our clients and residents.
