Montrose Global Aircraft Management Limited is an alternative asset based investment and management company focused on the leasing and financing of large ticket assets. Our primary focus is on investments in the aviation market and more specifically investing in turboprops and regional jets. In addition to our own portfolio of assets, we advise and manage on behalf of other equipment owners. Our experienced team can provide innovative solutions ranging from marketing to financing and technical asset management. Montrose was established in 1999 by Bank of America Leasing and Capital Group, as a lease manager for international aircraft and rail assets. The scope of Montrose’s activities has evolved over time from lease manager to advisory, to capital sourcing, transaction arranger and ultimately to active trader, lessor and investor. In 2009 Montrose became independent from Bank of America. Since then Montrose has become a profitable, niche player in the aircraft leasing market for assets with seating capacity from 10 to 100. Our leasing services cover all aspects of operating leases, including new deliveries, sale-leaseback, refinancing and purchase of secondary market equipment. For lessors and other financial institutions, Montrose can originate new transactions or help find innovative solutions to distressed assets or end of lease situations. For lessees, Montrose can assist in disposal of surplus assets as well as help locate and finance new assets as part of fleet development. Montrose has in-house technical resources to manage all aspects of aircraft operating leases, working with a global set of partners to efficiently provide bespoke services to each client. Montrose are currently leasing aircraft in 15 countries and have offices in London, Australia and Singapore.
