Rosalie’s Cucina was established in 1995 by renowned restaurateur Philip Romano, for his sister Rosalie. The tradition continues today in Skaneateles at the heart of central New York's Finger Lakes Region. In addition to authentic Tuscan cuisine, Rosalie's Cucina offers a full bakery and coffee shop, and a recent catering partnership with local winery, Anyela's Vinyards.
