WICC’s Mission: To mobilize the Canadian insurance industry in the fight against cancer by focusing on cancer research, support and education. Since its inception in 1996, with the help of the entire Canadian property and casualty insurance industry and its supporters, WICC has raised more than $16 million nationally in support of cancer research and education. Funds raised by WICC are donated to the Canadian Cancer Society in support of directly funding Canada’s leading cancer research projects.
