Established in January 2011, we are a Community Interest Company (not for profit), now working across Devon (including the unitary authorities of Plymouth and Torbay), and Wiltshire (as The Learning Curve), helping 1000s of people realise their potential. Our services are based on delivery of bespoke 1:1 education to post 16s with ECHPs, as well as adult training, coaching and mentoring. We have built opportunities for people to get involved with their community, embedding training and development, empowering people to direct their future and identify what support they need and how to achieve this. Our adult courses cover a wide range of expertise needed within the community to enable people at all levels to move forwards with their lives and careers - Health & Wellbeing, Employability Skills, Job Search, Hospitality & Catering, ICT, Horticulture, Self-Employment, Care, Customer Service, Construction, Functional Skills, plus professional qualifications in IT, Teaching and more.
