Galileo Fund Services Limited ("Galileo") is an independent third party fund administrator and corporate service provider based in the Isle of Man and is a specialist provider of administrative, corporate secretarial and accounting services to AIM listed and unlisted closed ended investment companies. Galileo was formed in 2004 when current Managing Director Richard Bolton was hired by Anglo Irish Bank to establish a separate fund administration arm in the Isle of Man. Whilst there, he teamed up with Ian Dungate and in 2007, following significant growth in assets under administration, they undertook an amicable management buyout of Anglo Irish Fund Services Limited and changed the name to Galileo Fund Services Limited.
