Kelzai is no ordinary water, for to tell its story, we must tell the story of the earth itself. Over a million years or so ago, India was born as the super continent of Pangaea tore itself apart. Conditions couldn’t possibly be worse. Seething magma spewing from the earth’s depths, left the land awash in rivers of liquid fire. As the lava cooled, it hardened into basalt, a rock that piled into sheets several kilometers thick. In time, this geological superstructure would come to be known as the Mighty Sahyadris — a mountain range much older than the Himalayas. As torrential rains lashed the mountains, water filtered and percolated through the porous, mineral-rich rock, collecting drop by precious drop in underground aquifers, untouched by the elements or the hand of man. And so it came to be — nestled deep within the earth’s bosom, one of the finest waters known to humankind. A water so rich in essential minerals and electrolytes, that it can heal and purify, renew and revitalize. Kelzai is a water that took over a million years to get here.
