Gattertop Drinks Company is a unique addition to the drinks market, introducing orchard vodka spirits - very contemporary products using ingredients with an ancient history - and this new approach extends to every aspect of the business, with sustainability key to the brand. Our motto is 'take only what you need and leave for future generations'. We make two flavour profiles with ingredients from our ancient orchard. The first product is our Botanic No 7, a botanical vodka, which is an all-year-round drink designed to appeal to a wide audience. It is a ‘skinny’ drink, full of flavour and just perfect served either long with soda or tonic or as part of a cocktail. “The flavour profile has been led by the chosen botanicals themselves, providing the opportunity for the discovery of new, unusual, and natural flavours that sit outside the juniper base. The second is the Damson No 12 (the 12, a reference to the 12 months the hand-picked damsons are left to steep in high-quality vodka to create the depth of flavour, taste and crimson colour), is produced by hand on the farm and is a multi-award winner at The Great Taste Awards.
