The Asian American Dream (AAD) is a professional development and career advancement organization created by Pan Asian Americans for Pan Asian Americans. The mission of AAD is to provide mentorship networks, professional development training, and career advancement opportunities for underserved Pan Asian American undergraduates, with the goal of helping them achieve their unique vision of the Asian American dream. Vision: At AAD, we envision a world where all Pan Asian American undergraduates are aware of and have access to mentorship networks, professional development training, and career advancement opportunities to achieve their career aspirations.
