S.C.M. Tecnologie is available as an ideal partner for consultancy and supply of liquids aeration and mixing machinery in different production sectors, as well as water treatment systems. We pay particular attention to provide our machines with the best efficiency available while reducing power consumption if possible. For example fifth generation SC and SCL series submersible aerators are now available, and they guarantee exceptional results in the energy consumption-to-oxygen transfer rate ratio. The last new product introduced in the market is the SCLK series, pressurised mixer/aerators for high-rise water heads. All aerator models, that is SC, SCL and SCLK series can also be equipped with double-polarity motor. In this case the aerator can operate in two different ways: the first mode offers only the mixing function, the second combines mixing with aeration. We are also capable of offering products for forced air aeration systems like tubular or disc fine bubble diffusers, large bubble diffusers and pipes for diffusers in steel or plastic. In the mixing field we have increased our range of products with multipole mixers and mixers with reduction gears. A new sector which S.C.M. Tecnologie has entered is the aeration of aerobic fermentation systems with aerators placed on the bottom of the tank and an electric motor outside the fermenter.
