The reasoning behind its establishment is that success in every person’s life is based on ensuring the balance among personal, family and professional development. Our vision is to contribute to the improvement of our society’s quality of life through the continuous development of the individual, the family, the human resources of businesses and educational organisations, promoting a positive outlook towards life and work experiences, the boost of creativity, performance, motivation and overall wellbeing. Our theory, methods and practices used are based on the most modern evidence-based scientific approaches and more specifically on the principles of Humanistic and Positive Psychology, on the cooperative learning models, creative and critical thinking, multiple intelligences, and on character education based on values.
