Human Nutrition at Otago leads innovative learning, teaching and research focusing on the impact of health on individuals and the wider public as influenced by food. We are the only Human Nutrition department in New Zealand to offer a Sport and Exercise Nutrition programme together with a diverse range of courses including international nutrition and foodservice management. We are also the World Health Organisation collaborating centre for the Western Pacific region. Studying with us equips you to enter health care professions, and for careers in the food and food service industries, with sporting bodies and in government and national health organisations.
