Based in New Delhi, Milap Publications is a part of the larger Milap media group that’s been operating since 1923. While the other companies in the group focus on magazine and newspaper publishing, Milap Publications caters to book publishing in all its forms. Milap publishes books in English, Hindi and Urdu as well as many translations of popular international works. It’s entirely owned by family members, some of whom are fourth-generation descendants of the founder!
