Our mission is to take all the lessons we learnt building one-off homes and apply them to building great homes at scale — low carbon, Passivhaus compliant, timber component based, utilising agile processes and DfMA. We have developed a brilliant collaboration with Bryden Wood and Easi-space. We combine our Passivhaus residential building expertise with Bryden Wood's tech powered DfMA, and the manufacturing innovation expertise of Easi-space. The result is that we now offer a vertically integrated solution — everything required to deliver housing projects from design to manufacture and assembly is now in-house. We are brand focussed and have dedicated ourselves to developing a strong presence. We respect and admire the transcendent brands that drive change, and like them we are committed to developing low carbon building materials, products and systems with the capability of improving housing beyond our own homes. We recently unveiled our residential construction system alongside James Latham PLC — we are ambassadors for their carbon calculator and worked on an exciting tie-up with them, UPM and Accsys to demonstrate their products within our construction system. We have patents pending for a low embodied carbon, Passivhaus compliant ground floor system, and an enhanced natural fibre insulation product which has been in testing for 18 months with the Bio-composites Centre at Bangor University. All can be used to build houses beyond our own and are intended for housebuilders, developers and architects. Kiss House is a CIOB chartered building consultancy. A Built by Nature front-runner and a Good Homes Alliance case study. We have 4 Kiss House homes in late stages of planning and a portfolio of award winning past projects. Awards include 4 RIBA's — design and sustainability, a Chiltern’s Design award and an OxProp Fest Best Housing Solution award. Ultimately we are dedicated to creating living spaces that are brilliant to live in.
