Eugene Civic Alliance (ECA) is a 501(3)c non-profit corporation established to build and operate a community sports and entertainment venue on the historic Civic Stadium property. Founded in 2014, ECA has developed the site, now known as Civic Park, into a place where people of all ages can reap the benefits of sports and physical activity. Civic Park opened its' doors in July 2020, and is the new heart of Eugene, OR community sports and activity.
