Since the 1920’s when the university established one of the nation’s first Honors Programs continuing through its modern incarnation in 1981, UB has attracted first class scholars, and its graduates are distributed all over the world. Our name change reflects the fact that our program/college has grown to over 1000 students and that the curriculum encompasses four years of exciting course work with an emphasis on experiential learning. As you peruse our website, you will see Honors Scholars engaged in a host of research and creative activities throughout the globe, involved in internships and study abroad programs, and garnering national awards and fellowships.
