Our interactive sessions are delivered both face-to-face and virtually in small or large groups. All our trainers have worked within the early years sector and have an excellent understanding of the issues facing attendees. . Flexible Open or Bespoke Courses Our early years training is delivered flexibly through open courses or bespoke courses tailored to specific requirements. We can deliver the training either at our dedicated training centre in Studley or at your setting at a mutually convenient time. We find evenings, weekends and the post lunch lull often suits nurseries and pre-schools schedules. Interactive, Engaging Bite-Sized Sessions Our bite-sized training courses (2 -3 hours) are active and engaging. We use activities, problem solving and group discussions to aid learning. By focusing on outcomes and sharing experiences – candidates absorb the salient points more easily and are able to embed their learning on return to their setting.
