We provide locally-sourced and organic produce, meats & dairy (think farmers market products) with a cafe featuring delicious prepared foods and high-quality coffee, teas, juices and smoothies. The physical space of the store is meant to creatively reflect and encourage South LA pride and artistry. However, what truly sets the market/cafe apart is our mission. Jobs: The store will provide jobs, internships and improvement classes for locals, store employees and suppliers. Training, equipping and empowering youth and local residents is one way we make a difference. Food: The market purposefully carries fresh and healthy foods from local sources, rare commodities in Southwest LA. The market also features home-cooked foods produced by local residents. The cafe offers fair-trade coffee, teas, juices and smoothies in an ambient atmosphere to come and eat/drink, work, socialize, and relax.
