I have specific and extensive expertise in workplace review, change management, planning, and people development. I help big and small organisations of all kinds by facilitating problem-solving and planning workshops; reviewing organisational structures and processes; improving the effectiveness of work groups; advising on internal and external communication; designing and delivering tailored training; managing projects; and coaching and mentoring senior staff. I work mainly in higher education and health care, but regularly have other government, not-for-profit and private sector clients.
