I provide straightforward, reliable and cost-effective advice on developing organisations and people. I have specific and extensive expertise in workplace review, change management, planning, and people development. I help big and small organisations of all kinds by facilitating problem-solving and planning workshops; reviewing organisational structures and processes; improving the effectiveness of work groups; advising on internal and external communication; designing and delivering tailored training; managing projects; and coaching and mentoring senior staff. I work mainly in higher education and health care, but regularly have other government, not-for-profit and private sector clients. I’m currently working with clients in secondary and higher education, health care, aged care, housing, and international education. You’ll find a few testimonials on my website. I’m based in Adelaide, but have work in Sydney, Canberra, Brisbane and Perth. I’m happy to travel, and always keep expenses to a minimum. If I’m not the right person for your job, I’ll tell you.
