Odyssey manages an A$275 million fund raised from major financial institutions, including a number of leading Australian superannuation funds. We invest in profitable, mid-sized, growing businesses in Australian and New Zealand, to fund organic expansion, acquisitions, management buyouts / buy-ins and shareholder restructures. Odyssey will invest in both control and minority equity positions.
