JOYdriv LLC (pronounced 'ˈjoi,drīv') started as a Nashville based social-enterprise Full-Service Rental Fleet on a mission to help refugees and foreign-born have access to a great vehicle and flourish as on-demand drivers. After a great 2020, our Insurance Premium sky-rocketed in 2021 forcing us to get out of the rental business and focus on our Better Delivery solution, creating a winning strategy for our Delivery Drivers & Partners alike. As part of our model, we train our drivers and equip them to succeed, with a focus on perks and benefits for being a JOYdriv Delivery Driver, that ultimately means a better solution for our Delivery Partners. A core part of our Mission is to go out of our way to find and create additional income generating opportunities targeted at independent contract drivers to help them flourish on all levels.
