Out team are professionally qualified in the EAGALA model; the global standard in equine-assisted learning and have corporate background as consultants, facilitators and executive coaches. The EAGALA Model is a distinctive experiential framework designed to allow clients the latitude to discover, learn, and grow from the horse-human relationship. Clients work directly with horses face-to-face on the same footing. Whilst working with the horses individuals or teams are given various challenges to complete with them. Through their behaviour the horses will reflect what they sense in their actions and reactions allowing for metaphorical learning. Feedback is provided by our expert team on observations of the interactions with the horses thereby providing insights to enable development. Horses offer clients honest feedback and usable information that helps them understand how their process and actions affect others and impacts their lives.
