A contemporary small brewery located in a former pharmaceutical plant in the Vallila neighbourhood of Helsinki, Finland. Inspired by the creative community and urban vibe within the mid-town industrial area. Our mission is to combine the ambition and integrity of craft beer with the scientific method, and deliver top-most quality. Pure, unfiltered, freshly enjoyed local beer from Helsinki. Shine on people! P R O D U C T S Our product range consist of various ales, i.e. top-fermented beers representing beer styles of both new and old world. Our current specialty is a hemp ale named "Orion", brewed with hemp seeds and flavoured with fresh Finola hemp leaves and flower. Other styles are American and British inspired; e.g. 1) "Kyyneleet" English Pale Ale is a British-American hybrid containing both British-American malts and hops, and 2) "Metsänen", a malty and fresh american style Brown Ale where one can taste a hint of Finnish pines and spruces. P R O D U C T I O N All beers are designed and brewed in Vallila, Helsinki. We currently have eight 1000 liter fermentation tanks with a theoretical yearly capacity of 80 000 liters. However, we follow the principle of 'beer quality first' and do not rush with the production if it compromises taste. A V A I L A B I L I T Y We deliver all beers in both bottles and kegs, whichever the customer prefers. Current product availability spans various quality restaurants, convenience stores and supermarkets located in the Helsinki metropolitan area.
