*Opening Spring 2023* Wild Lot Farm Distillery is a fresh new venture set on 35 acres of farmland in beautiful Prince Edward County. A converted century-old dairy barn and restored tractor drive shed now house a collective 5000 square feet of space containing a state-of-the-art distillation facility, retail shop, tasting room, and event space. The distillery crafts a number of small-batch spirits, cocktail bitters, spirit-based ready to drink beverages, and non alcoholic alternatives. Locally grown ingredients and botanicals farmed on site are leveraged throughout the product line-up. Wild Lot is 100% LGBTQ+ founded, owned, & operated, with ambitious plans to craft one of Canada’s most innovative beverage companies. We think uncomfortably big and to do things wildly different.
