The SAMHSA Minority Fellowship Program at the American Nurses Association is educating and diversifying the Nursing workforce with ethnic and racial Psychiatric nurses who are providing culturally and linguistically appropriate direct care, nurse education, conducting research and providing health advocacy in mental health and substance use among ethnic and racial and underserved groups and communities.
