Thirty years of neuroscience research, and a decade of experience in elite organizations, including the U.S. Olympics and U.S. Special Forces — and early adopting companies, including Google, Apple, Aetna, General Mills and SAP — have proven mindfulness to be an effective intervention for health and wellness, mental strength and emotional intelligence But barriers remain… Our objectives are to define professional standards, surface best practices, design certifications and develop effective metrics and analytics for mindfulness in the enterprise.
