A clean, modern, spacious self-catering home (downstairs ONLY) with sea views, located across the road from the beach in Pearl Bay. The house has 4 en-suite bedrooms and accommodates 8 people. Three of the bedrooms have Q size beds and one of the bedrooms has a King size bed (2 single beds which can be separated upon request). We also do rentals where you can choose whether you only need one, two or three bedrooms. If you select the latter option, you will have access to the number of bedrooms you have selected (the balance of the bedrooms will be locked) and the rest of the house. The house has an open plan living area with a fireplace and seaviews. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge, flat screen smart TV, Netflix and Wifi. There are also games and books for your entertainment and reading. The living area has stacking doors to the outside entertainment braai area with an 8 seater table, patio furniture and 2 sun loungers. The entertainment area faces the garden which attracts bird life, butterflies and bees.
