HEMMIS is focused on building adequate (administrative) software, providing independent advice and outsourcing high level software experts. HEMMIS is using three main technologies: JAVA (for interactive web-applications and specialised software tools with graphical user interfaces), .NET (for Exess) and Borland Delphi (to maintain the existing applications and to support those clients that are still using Borland Delphi as main development tool).
