Maryland is an elegant purpose-built property offering 84 spacious en-suite private rooms in four suites of twenty rooms. Each suite of rooms also has large assisted bathing facilities. The layout and relaxed homely atmosphere encourages patients to enjoy the facility whilst recognising their rights, privacy, dignity, choice, individuality and independence in a secure and friendly community environment. All rooms are tastefully decorated and fully furnished. Set within the most beautiful natural enclosure, which will include therapeutic gardens, sensory gardens, secure gardens, orchard, soft fruit area, allotments, kitchen garden, contemplation garden, livestock meadow and wildlife supporting flora meticulously tended by our gardening team.
