Discover the Fabulously Fun Fitness of Stretch-N-Grow! We have fun fitness and sports programs for children 18 months - 12 years throughout Park City and the Salt Lake Valley. Our programs set children on the path towards building healthy habits and teaching wellness concepts for a lifetime! Our workouts always include warm-ups, aerobics, muscle resistance, coordination, motor skill development, and stretching cool downs along with fun music and stories to help engage even the youngest Stretch-N-Grow Star. All of our classes are taught by Certified Youth Fitness Coaches with CPR and background checks.
