The NABH and Green Leaf Certified Resort lies nestled amidst graceful coconut groves, spread over 18 acres of beautifully landscaped beach side gardens. Set on the breathtakingly beautiful and serene Nattika beach in Thrissur, Kerala - the place is a haven for Ayurveda & Yoga holiday makers from across the world. 2. Rockholm at the Light House Beach A distinguished seaside hotel in the early 1980’s Rockholm has now evolved into a full fledged Ayurveda and Yoga inspired beach hotel with 23 well appointed guest rooms and suites. This secluded property is a promising tribute to the past, present and future; purposefully tucked away from the chaos of city life, with wellbeing and sustainability at its core. 3. Safire Residency The Safire Residency is a Lodging Only Facility with 19 Keys located next to the Trivandrum Railway Station.  Other Group Interests Include  1. A dedicated in-house 1500 sq foot space has been set up for the production of our own Thailams and Medicated Oils. Currently we are producing around 24 different Ayurvedic Oils with a monthly output of more than 1300 Liters.  2. Nattika Essence The Nattika Life Herbal and Oil Company presents to you, “Nattika Essence”, a pioneering innovation by combining the science of Ayurveda and Aromatherapy. 3. City Office All operations of the group are centrally managed from our City Office in Trivandrum which also houses a timber depot.
