DAS is a student-run pre-professional organization that aims to empower students interested in pursuing a career in actuarial science. DAS seeks to provide students exam support and the opportunity to connect with the broader actuarial community, network with prominent actuarial firms, and participate in risk management case competitions. DAS will organize a speaker series, networking events, alumni job shadow days, and study sessions with the goal of creating a well-informed actuarial community at Duke.
