Founded in 2007 by Matt Hoskins and his brother-in-law, Alex Hefflefinger, The Element Group is an energy consultation company which has grown to include HERS ratings, HVAC efficiency testing, rebate analysis, existing home audits, and LEED project consultations. We take pride in the quality of work which we provide our customers. From design to implementation, our goal is to provide owners, builders, contractors, and home-owners with the highest level of comfort and assurance possible. Although our two offices are located in Cedar Rapids and Des Moines, our operating territory stretches all across the Midwest. We have worked on projects from Minnesota to Indiana, and are willing and able to travel farther to help you make your projects more energy efficient.
